AMS® is a IFGlobal brand, empowering clients in mining with better control of their processes using Advanced Mining Systems.

Efficient release of valuable minerals from the ore matrix and their recovery is a fundamental challenge. Factors such as ore composition, mineralogy, and particle size distribution can influence the release and recovery rates.

Efficiency in the comminution and beneficiation circuit of mineral processing is crucial for optimizing energy consumption, maximizing valuable mineral recovery, and minimizing costs.

Achieving the particle size setpoint for the optimal process performance can be challenging. The efficiency of the process is subject to the tradeoff between energy consumption, equipment wear, and the necessity for fine grinding to release minerals.

Flotation and Leaching are common processes for producing ore concentrates. The challenges in these circuits include maintaining the stability of the froth, controlling pH, optimizing the use of reagents and chemicals, and efficiently recovering valuables.

PSA – Particle Size Analyzer
In-line particle size analyzer (PSA) for the characterization of particles in wet processes.

BSA – Bubble Size and Gas hold-up Analyzer
In-situ bubble size analyzer (BSA) to determine the bubble size in flotation cells.

SGC – Smart Grinding Controller
The Smart Grinding Controller “SGC” is a n Al based autonomous controlling solution in the third level of measurement and control system.
Smart Grinding Controller assures that the grinding circuit work at its optimum performance and more importantly, maintains that level of performance over a long period of time. The SGC controls the whole grinding circuit from feeders up to hydrocyclones to ensure optimum grinding.
